Name, address, telephone number and email address, photos and information provided on consultation cards.
Why it is Needed
We need to keep comprehensive and accurate personal data about our clients so that we can provide safe and appropriate treatments.
Handling and Storing Personal Information
Information that Blush Beauty collects about people will only be used for the purposes of our business services. Information is held in both paper form within individual personnel files kept in a locked filing cabinet, and electronically under password protection.
Passing Information onto Third Parties
No data will be shared with third parties.
Retention of Personal Information
Data protection principles dictate that information should be kept only for as long as there is a clear business need for it. Whilst the client is active information will be safely stored. If the client is no longer active (or requests it)information will be destroyed.
Access Requests
Blush Beauty respects the right of its clients to access any personal data about them which is being held in records, either electronically or in a relevant filing system, to check that it has been fairly obtained, that it is accurate, and to have such data corrected where necessary.

Opting Out
Individuals have the right to request their name and data be deleted from our database. If you wish for personal data to be removed from our systems please contact Mandy_london@hotmail.com however, this may affect our ability to provide you with treatments.
